Welcome to the Billerica Public Schools World Language Department
Our mission is to empower students to become confident, proficient communicators in French, Italian, and Spanish. We believe that language is a skill to be actively practiced, not just a subject to be memorized.
Guided by the Massachusetts World Language Frameworks and national proficiency standards, our classrooms are immersive environments where daily engagement, risk-taking, and authentic communication are the keys to success. Our goal is to equip every student with the real-world linguistic tools and global awareness necessary to connect with diverse communities, ultimately preparing them to thrive in an interconnected world.
