I am not receiving the automated phone calls and/or emails about snow days, etc.
- Currently, one email address per the student is used.
- Please contact the school’s secretary to verify that your phone number and/or email address is up-to-date in Aspen.
- If the issue is with a cell phone number, and you haven’t received an automated phone call since switching cell phone carriers/providers, please inform the school secretary of this information as well.
- If your information is up-to-date in Aspen, or if you recently switched cell phone carriers/providers, then the school secretary can email the Helpdesk (helpdesk@billericak12.com) with the appropriate details so the issue can be looked into further.
- Blackboard is updated on a weekly basis throughout the school year, typically on Fridays after 3:30pm.
