How do I access Aspen?
My Aspen username/password is not working. Who can I contact for help? (Parents/Students)
- Please send an email to portalhelp@billericak12.com.
- The email must come from a parent’s email address that is associated with the student.
- The email must include your name and/or the name of the student that needs a password reset.
I do not have an Aspen account. Who can I contact for help?
I am not receiving email notifications through Aspen. What can I do?
- First, check with the teacher to make sure that you should have received a notification through Aspen in regards to a grade or class assignment or other notification.
- Please contact the school’s secretary to verify that your email address is up-to-date in Aspen.
- The Billerica Public Schools has no control over emails sent through Aspen’s email system, nor does the Billerica Public Schools have any control over how your email provider receives, filters, and then delivers those emails to your account (or not).
